Dunkin' - Birmingham

I have drill at a nearby Reserve Center and am crazy enough to continually try to use this Dunkin for a .orning coffee. They're terrible!! They constantly lock the lobby and the drive through wraps around the building. People get stu k in the drive through because of how slow they are and how narrow the parking lot is. They either need a whole new staff and manager, or need to be closed down.

Orders are always correct. Wait time is short and employees are friendly.

This particular Dunkin' location was a quick stop through to grab a box of donuts for an early morning meeting. The staff was friendly enough and the donuts were a hit at the meeting. As far as ambiance, it is a Dunkin' (or maybe you remember it as Dunkin' Donuts).Whatever you want to call it, either Dunkin' or go old school and call it Dunkin' Donuts, this was a decent location and I would recommend here and I will give it five stars.

Since new management took over a few months ago, the place can't seem to figure it out. Slow service, cannot manage the Dunkin App I make sure to order well in advance because of how slow they are. Twice I've gone in after 20 minutes and not only was my order not ready, they claimed there was no ticket for me. The next time I tried just ordering inside. I stood there for 5 minutes, plenty of staff looked at me, but no one came to take my order. I just left because who knows how long I would've waited for my coffee after I actually was able to order. I'm sympathetic to understaffed places, but this place is far from understaffed. Plenty of staff every time I go in.

Went thru the drive thru last week. The woman that took my order around 6:30 am was so vibrant and friendly with a sense of humor. I thoroughly enjoyed her service. It was a surprise to get customer service like that so early in the am. She actually helped to wake me up with her unny and beautiful personally. I so appreciate that and is customer service now days was more like that. That's what keeps people and me coming back to establishments.
