You can tell a coffee is good when someone puts their heart and soul into it and it is their passion. Jay of Manna coffee is just that! The coffee is rich, smooth and velvety. I love coffee very much and can be incredibly fussy (much to my family/friends demise) and my order is a long black. If it isn't right I throw it out. Coffee is an art form and Jay has it down pat. I highly recommend.
