Kfc - Binghamton

In general you can't go wrong with the KFC food itself, but our experience today with ordering and receiving food was terrible. Not sure what the deal is, maybe there's some legitimate excuse, but we received duplicates of half of our sides (which we onlyordered 1 of) and we did NOT receive another one of the sides that we DID order. It wouldn't be a big deal, but the other sidethat we did Not receive was ordered specifically for a picky eater, who doesn't like the other sides options. And every singleone of our biscuits was only half cooked. Like, I went to pull my biscuit apart and the dough inside was still raw, sticky,stretchy. Disgusting.

Arrived at 10:30 when they open. Pulled up to the drive theu waited for 10 mins nobody answered. Pulled around the building to see the workers outside smoking a joint. Either 1. Change the hours to 11:00 or 2. smoke your joint prior to the place being open

How about some signage that says drive thru only? Like before the stupid little 6 inch sign taped to the locked door.

I am writing this review because I saw several bad reviews. This KFC did everything fine. The 12 piece crunchy was as it should be for a KFC. The coleslaw was actually fresh and very good. The mashed potatoes just needed some more salt/flavoring ... but close to how it should be for a KFC. The corn was ok and just needed some salt/flavoring also ... but close to what it should be for a KFC. The biscuits fell apart a little too easy and we used our own butter (ate at home). The service was good. So, the 5 stars is saying it is as it should be for a KFC.
