Noodles And Company - Bingham Farms

Like a lot of reviews here. This place has gone way down. Barely give you any food like they used to for what you pay for. They purposely put less sauce than before so that you have to purchase additional sauce. My dish should not come dry when the sauce is a main component! Management, nor corporate care. I was a frequent customer and my points never got a chance to expire. Needless to say they have been expiring the past year. Definitely not good like they were in years past!

Sooooo I ordered some basic Mac Cheese and I should have looked at the food in store because when I got back to the office, there was shrimp in the dish which I didn’t order. Im not allergic, so it’s fine but that’s a pretty big thing to screw up as this could ruin someone’s life. Check your food before you leave if you decide to order here.

I read a lot in the past about Noodles and Co so my expectations were high about this place. And well, I am glad to say that it was a pretty good experience. Noodles were really good, attention was good and I can say it is not expensive at all. Of course there's room for improvement, specially with the amount of protein in the pasta I ordered, but overall a pretty good experience.

Great flavor in my dish but some very large veggies should have been chopped more

I order from here in person they don't normally mess up my order. But they did this time. I order a pasta Fresca they gave me some werid orange sauce and mushrooms. Pasta Fresca doesn't have mushrooms why on earth did I get them? So they did ask if I wanted a receipt I made the mistake and saying no. I didn't know they would mess it up. So I decided to order delivery on there website and somehow and some reason they canceled it ?
