Waffle House 1084 - Biloxi

Well nobody could probably ever conceived of giving a Waffle House a five star rating and I'm not going to start that Trend here. Five stars usually cost a small fortune out of your wallet, but I will tell you that as far as these type of diners go, the one I spent time at this afternoon was pretty remarkable!!! Hey it says right on the beach,so from a few tables, you can still see the water, the sand and a few palm trees. Today there was a storm passing through and what a pleasure I had sitting inside enjoying a beefsteak sandwich on Texas toast, it was quite delicious! I was so unbelievably surprised and the waitress, she was friendly and so full of life, suggested maybe I could top my hash browns with something like cheese onions and chili. I thought, I have never actually done that let's go for it and it really made the meal, so for the time I spent today at this Biloxi Waffle House I would normally say yes give it five stars it was well worth every dollar I spent there, by the way was under $20. So if you're on the Mississippi Gulf Coast looking for a inexpensive meal and a friendly staff( very friendly) you would be well served to spend time with this one, sits right next to a couple other higher priced restaurants but sometimes you don't want expensive, you just want some comfortable food on a stormy day. The staff here deserves High marks!!! and I will come back and visit them again one day.

Let's admit it, waffle house isnt really an extraordinary diner. Yes, it's a notch better than Denny's. But, the southern hospitality is what we come here for. This is why you dont bring Waffle House in California. Our self-entitled service industry workers will ruin it for Waffle House. The place is clean and located a few steps from the beach. This is probably the most desirable location I have been to.

Waffle House is ubiquitous in Louisiana and we found it also in our trip in Biloxi. The service was polite and attentive. Not many choices for vegetarian (my travel partner) so he got hash brown with mushrooms and jalapeños. My waffle was good, the eggs was so oily like they were submerged in oil. Parking was plenty. There were enough seatings inside and the restrooms are clean.

So we really wanted a non chain restaurant for breakfast but ended up here at the waffle house. Food was okay as you would expect but the staff was awesome. Song lean on me came on and entire staff started singing it... very well! They followed up with Sweet Caroline. Wife and I loved it! Still smiling, what a great start to the day! Recommend stopping here!! Not the normal waffle house.

A true American treasure. Good food good price and if you aren't happy the grease helps you vacate just as quick!! Win win. Taste the same across the board,giving old men a place to hide between work and the battle are and drunks the chance to sober some and maybe let that damsel in distress go home to the three kids alone . Family friendly and affordable. Ignore the recent shootings it's great whish they would bring the smoke friendly dining room back though
