Bidra med feedbackI suggested that Marcos needs to train their employees better, and she replied that I should take that up with the manager. When I requested to speak with the manager, she told me there wasn't one available and that I would need to call back the next day or during the week. In all the years I've been ordering from Marco's, I've never experienced such poor service. Due to this incident, my family and I have decided we won't be ordering from Marco's again. When I finally got home, I discovered that I hadn't received everything I had ordered, despite being charged for it.
I wanted to check out the restaurant because of all the hype. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either. I probably should have saved my $25. My wife ordered the special pizza, which had mushrooms on it, and she's extremely allergic to them. Food rating: 2/5.
This marcos is in my area, I've ordered from them now about a year or so. I am noticing the quality is going down. I am surprised that the employees are not required to wear gloves, the cashier handled money and then handled food. I thought this to be a health regulation in all restaurants. Tonight, they did not have a delivery driver so I did curb side, food was ready but when I got home I ordered a medium and 4 slices did not have any ham on it, which was the only meat ingredient. Last order the pizza just wasn't made like they use too with toppings. I'm switching back to Dominoes or pizza hut, I really liked Marcos but like I said, seems when the managers aren't there, the food just isn't good and the employees don't care.Parking: Curbside available
