The food was good and the waitress was so sweet but it was unbearably hot need some AC or something.

Good food and service. But the air must be broken because it is too hot to enjoy sitting and eating your food especially in this summer heat.

Ordered a Happy plate with steak chicken and shrimp, steak tastes like it was old and guest order burritos Carnitas only thing was on that plate was beans and pork inside burritos no cheese, no peppers nor onions the food was highly disappointing, and will never go back

I came here yesterday with my cousin and my boys. I believe they only had two servers. Two females and the manager (male) were serving to help his servers. They had a deal which was buy 1 margarita and get 1 free for $6.99. cheese dip was kinda spicy.

Terrible experience, I don 't know what problem our waiter Mario had with me and my family but his customer service was awful. It took around 15mins for him to get our drink order, then when we placed our food order, he was rushing us through the process, not friendly at all. When we asked questions about a certain entrée, he made a sigh and was short with us. Along with my order, I asked for plates, so we could eat our chips and dip, it was taking Mario forever, so I asked another waitress, and she was rude and glanced at me and walked right past me as if I didn 't exist. Next few minutes, Mario popped out with the plates. When we finally got our food, I could clearly see that the steak that was on me and my sister 's plate was overcooked crunchy , my nieces plate literally looked thrown together, as if it was played in. I was still trying to give the benefit of the doubt but things didn 't get better. He never came to see if we needed refills or how the food was. Under different circumstances I would have definitely walked out but I needed to eat to take my medicine. This is not the El Satillo, I remember because I use to brag and praise them, but now I will not. This was also me giving them a second try and this was a waste of my time and money. I will not be coming back to this establishment. Terrible atmosphere. Kid-friendliness: Not enough kid choices on menu
