I have been coming to your establishment very regularly for years, since the time when the bar was located next to the Marin bakery, route de Bayonne in Billere. But since the buyout by the last owner, it seems that the only thing that interests you is money! In recent months, not an evening goes by at the Europub without something negative happening. My group of friends and I have given up on a lot of things: poor quality of food (frozen and moldy sausages, stale bread, oversalted dishes, etc. scandalous prices of drinks (7€ minimum for a pint of very classic basic beer, 8€ for a pina colada aka a fruit juice with a dose of rum lights off and stools on the tables several 1/4 hour before time (surely the figure is already done well before time to stay motivated until the end alcoholic staff in full service... even downright torn (who doesn't even notice the exasperation of the customers who have been waiting to order for many minutes... But this time, it’s decided: We will never set foot in your establishment again! The antipathy, the pitiful welcome and no sense of business from certain staff (especially the owner's son and recently the tattooed brunette waitress got the better of us. We must believe that given the constant crowds, neither this review nor a dissatisfied customer will cause the business of this establishment to procrastinate. But refusing to be served upon our arrival 3/4 hour before closing time, under the pretext that “everything is unplugged” there were still a good twenty customers seated, offer us at least a beer lukewarm to take away in your famous cups, right!? Even if it means taking €1 or €2 off the price, that won't make you go out of business right away, and you will have made a group of loyal customers happy! That's what being a trader is all about ; People come to your house very often, to spend hundreds of €, and you don't care. It's our turn now, good counting of tickets to the detriment of the quality of service and customer satisfaction!
