On The Beach - Bilina

Too many compromises for the privilege of having a room on the beach. Positives. Rooms with beach infront. Sandy beach which is well kept. Natural pond is safe for children. Swimming area in the pond with lots of floating islands for kids to enjoy. Swimming pool. Pedalos included. Friendly staff generally. Negatives. Rooms and bathroom well below 3* standard. Parking an issue. Breakfast not included Room rates are expensive Services limited. Self catering kitchen old and not well equipped for 8 families to use. Basic restaurant menu. We stayed 3 days and loved some aspects of the area as a whole but the price for the stay at this resort is expensive for what's on offer. The prices are 5* and the quality is snack window. There were many occasions when I met the owner and not once did he ask about our stay or actively try to improve our stay. There are lots of places to stay around the pond and this is probably one of the most expensive and least enjoyable. I would rather pay to enter the area than to stay there. Other issues. The food is ridiculously expensive and low to mediocre quality. The resort needs a lot of improvement and I just feel for the staff who try their best to make your stay better. This holiday was one that the kids enjoyed for the activities on the beach but parents would remember for the poor quality of the stay. I would love to promote a Czech family run resort against a soulless international resort but this place is a cash cow for the owner who is milking it for all its worth.

Majitel hotelu vás hned po příjezdu okrade tak jako nás,zaplatili jsme allinclusive ale bohužel v místní restauraci otevírají v 11 tudíž hned přijdete o snídani nehledě na to že jeho zaměstnanci o tom neví a nikdy polo ani plnou penzi nedělali.hotel nebyl špatný ale 3250 Kč za noc je tak na pětihvězdičkový hotel ne za krcálek u vody.
