Bidra med feedbackWe went in on Monday Sept 4th on our way home from Jasper. I decided to try sushi rolls there for the first time. The girl at the front was quite rude and said the veggie sushi rolls have veggies. I had to ask what kind. The cook in the back went right to work cooking my daughter and grand daughter’ s meals. The girl at the front proceeded to fill a bunch of little containers that had nothing to do with our order. We waited a good ten minutes while people who came in after us were served and eating before we even got our food. She plunked our cooked food down on the counter and proceeded to make our sushi rolls. I said thank you and good bye when we left and she turned away and said nothing. I have always had very friendly service at Edo’s in Edmonton. This girl needs to step up her customer service and friendliness several notches.
Super fast service. The restaurant is very clean and as well as the staff. No need to worry about cross contamination.

I watched the waitress be selective and racist to customers who came in and ordered. They even chose to switch the meal to go. So they did not have to deal with that lady anymore. Some people need to learn not to bring their baggage to work. Disappointing!
Unfortunately and as mentioned below multiple times, I also had an unpleasant encounter with the cashier. The lady I interacted with displayed an extremely rude and unprofessional attitude, making it the most disappointing customer service experience I have ever encountered.Moreover, the food was rather mediocre. This is fine as I knew it was Asian fast food.Perhaps It would greatly benefit the staff's motivation and encourage better customer service if the management considered adding tip options to their card machines. This additional incentive could potentially result in a more positive and customer-focused environment.
