Taco Bell - Big Spring

The service is incredibly fast and the staff is always very friendly! Whenever I'm in Big Spring, I always choose to come here instead of the Taco Bell in Midland or Odessa.

This was the worst experience at a restaurant. They gave me the wrong tacos and I'm certain that I got food poisoning. Even the last time I ate there, the tacos didn't taste right.

We tried to get dinner shortly after an 8 on a Saturday. They had locked the lobby and told us to use the drive-thru (even though their lobby hours go much later). When we told them we had an RV and couldn’t fit through the drive-thru they told us we were out of luck and refused service. We’ve traveled around the country and get Taco Bell often and even when the lobby is closed the employees have always been friendly and helpful and let us get a quick to-go order. This Taco Bell is apparently the exception. Even the friendly Long John Silvers employees next door thought they were being ridiculous. If you want good service definitely go to the Long John Silvers next door instead.

Taco Bell, cheap price, cheap food. But it was there. Slow service and hardly anyone inside.

I received my order incorrectly. Since we do not live nearby, I was unable to return it. I called and spoke to someone who claimed to be the manager, but she refused to refund my money. I had never asked for a refund, just wanted to inform them of the mistake. She laughed off my concerns about a frozen screen and was dismissive of my feedback. I felt like she lacked good customer service skills and only acknowledged their mistakes with a half-hearted apology. It was disappointing to learn that she was in fact the manager who had taken my order. She suggested that next time I should ask the drive-thru person to confirm my order, rather than expecting them to get it right.
