Arby's - Big Rapids

I tried the new burger today and it was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. This is definitely a winning item for Arby's! The staff was friendly and helpful, making for a very pleasant experience. Kudos to Amanda and her team. This Arby's location really stands out!

We ordered food and drinks through the drive-thru at the new Arby's in Big Rapids, MI. Although there were several cars in front of us, the service was quick, and we didn't have to wait long.

The restaurant had a customer who blocked the driveway. As a result, the staff came outside and informed us that we should come inside to pick up our order. That was the best they could do.

Was really busy. Most food is good but the new burger wasn't to good to me

Love the French Dip. Just wish it was one of those sandwiches that was included on the two for $6 deals. We always buy two when we go if not 4 to take one home for dinner, just gets a little pricey at times, especially when I find myself binge eating French Dips which seems to be happening once a year at least. I'll eat nothing but that for 3-4 months. Lol
