Firehouse Subs - Biddeford

Although the prices are a bit high because some of the proceeds go to the firefighter's club, I was disappointed by the quality of the meat at this restaurant. I ordered a medium-sized barbecue beef sandwich with Cheddar cheese for $13.00 and was expecting more meat for the price. Unfortunately, the sandwich looked unappetizing and the meat was overly salty, although it was tender and flavorful. The service was average. I appreciate that my feedback is being heard, but it seems that no changes are being made to address these issues. I have seen similar complaints from others and it appears that the problems persist. I may consider giving this restaurant a second chance in the future.

I would give this restaurant zero stars if possible. The service here is absolutely terrible. My order has been incorrect every single time. Despite telling them about my allergies and specifically asking for no cheese, they still managed to put cheese on my sandwiches. On my most recent visit, they had to remake my sandwich twice because they made mistakes both times. I informed them about my allergy when ordering, yet they still included cheese. When I asked for a new sandwich due to my allergy, they simply removed the melted cheese from the original sandwich and transferred it to a new one. This is extremely dangerous for someone with a serious allergy and is completely unacceptable. I used to frequent this establishment often and enjoyed the sandwiches and good service from the workers. However, during my recent visit for the holiday season, I was appalled by the unprofessionalism of the staff. They seemed disinterested and detached, almost as if they would rather be anywhere else. Additionally, they couldn't even get a simple order correct, such as omitting cheese from a sandwich.

I really enjoy the Firehouse Brand, but I find the hours at the Biddeford location to be truly awful. Closing at 7 is strange. I hope they change their hours soon so I can visit more frequently and enjoy their food when I'm not working.

I know they're a little PRICEY because some of the revenues go to the firefighter? Club, but could they cure the meat? I ordered a medium-sized barbecue beef breeze with Cheddar cheese? It cost me 13.00 I would have expected more MEAT at this price!! I wish I had taken a picture of this ugly sandwich! The meat was a bit on the salty but it was other wise tender and tasteful l! The servers were moderate! I really appreciate these comments being heard, but I don't think anyone is doing anything to improve these reviews! I read comments similar to mine and the reactions of the mediators, but these problems still occur!! I can give you a second chance!

My first Firehouse Sub at all. Tastes like a cheap sub for a lot of money. The meat was tasteless and the bread, why dry and plough. The role crawled when I ate it. It also had a strange sweet taste. Not impressed and I didn't finish it.
