Jurablick - Bezirk Zuerich

On the recent business trip to Zurich we went to this unique forest restaurant we were good beer, good wine and cheese fondue, it has a great expensive atmosphere, I thought it was a great place, completely different from the usual city restaurants you get.

Excellent food, presented by very nice people, an amazing view over gentle hills and green forests. With some luck, if the weather conditions allow, you will really enjoy the view of Jura mountains, therefore the name of the place.

Whenever we visit guests, we take them to Jurassic view and the place never disappointed! Even the walk there (you can easily walk from zurich is like a fairy tale. It's an insider tip, so please don't share!

I was here with my aunt for lunch. We enjoyed the view a lot. The food is very nice and mostly home made. The service is very friendly and efficient. We can definitely recommend this place.

Do not go there for food. We ordered from the daily menu a sautéed beef with a few overcooked vegies on rice. It came on an appetizer plate and was surprisingly a very very small portion. But the price was nowhere near small. It set...us back CHF 31 for it. For a bit more money, we could have dined at a 4 star hotel restaurant on the top of the Uetliberg. The service was very slow and not particularly welcoming. AND BRING CASH ALONG, as they don't accept cards of any kind. The view was indeed nice but the overall experience spoiled everything.
