Dunkin' - Beverly

We stopped here before heading out on a road trip. I ordered the gluten-free bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. They usually give me two eggs, but I haven't gotten that many on the last couple of visits. As a result, the cheese tends to stick to the paper container instead of being on the eggs, which isn't enjoyable to eat. I drink a lot of iced tea, so I typically order unsweetened iced tea, but it hasn't been very good lately.

They got our drink order correct on the first try. Five stars!

It was quite busy this Saturday morning, but the staff managed to keep up and handle the crowd effectively. However, I was a bit disappointed with their limited selection of donuts. There were many donuts available, but the variety wasn't impressive. There were no blueberry or French crullers, and I wasn’t alone in asking for them.

The people here are extremely nice but also extremely forgetful in what they are supposed to make. i understand some days are busy but come on i ordered a simple sandwich, grilled cheese with bacon toasted, it wasn?t toasted at all it was just the break,cheese was barley melted, and NO BACON!! everytime i want this sandwich i say bacon bc personally i like it better like that.and when they don?t put the bacon on but still charge me for it it gets old pretty fast. one of 2 times sure whatever. but thishappens all the time. TW i have an ed so when i finally wanna eat somthing and i get it and it?s not even what i wanted idon?t end up eating it. ik it?s a dumb thing but it?s not that hard to make what ppl ask for. it?s your job.

My friend and I decided to stop by Dunkin' this morning for a coffee break. We ended up making two separate transactions from our car, which could have been overwhelming, but the cashier handled everything patiently and clarified each order. There was a special offer through the DD Perks app for a free medium coffee with a purchase, but my friend’s app decided to log her out just as we arrived at Dunkin', and we couldn’t get it to reconnect. Fortunately, the cashier named Kathy, who I think was the shift manager, was incredibly friendly when we reached the window. She was able to scan something so my friend could still get her free drink without using the app! As college students, we really appreciate saving every penny we can, especially on coffee. I can’t thank the wonderful customer service we received at this Dunkin' Donuts location enough. Highly recommended!
