Bidra med feedback$13.99 for seafood casserole with haddock shrimp bay scallops and lobster! Great dive bar. Almost don't want to review it and let out the secret about how great this place is. Where it's already packed with locals. Lol
Stoped by this little costal gem, tried out the stuffed clams $3, crab cakes 2 for $6, twin lobster plate $29.95, lobster roll $22.95, burger and lemon salmon. Reasonable prices, large portions in full plates, seafood prices due change as they are market price. There was a dinning area both indoors and out it’s family friendly, also had a pub area. Beautiful views and great atmosphere please take time to visit! Happy travels -A
This place is a favorite we recommend to out of town friends. Often crowded, but worth it even if you have to wait. Great tasting clam chowder and fried clam platter is delicious. The Lobster roll has no filler! It’s packed and incredible. Large portions too.
*Live review* (Will update if necessary) Totally GoogleMap 'd 'Lobster Rolls Near Me '. A lot of the places are seasonal. So, I 'm glad I found this one after two tries. Pretty busy for a Sunday afternoon. Only me. Walked through the bar area and all the seats were taken. Staff is pretty friendly for how busy they are. ORDER: Lobster roll (warm with drawn butter and French fries on the side). Waiting around beer: A local brew by Channel Marker; their Where There 's A Whale There 's A Way Double IPA, 8%. PETER welcomed me to sit at an empty table and was friendly and attentive. Would come by again!
The only reason this place doesn’t rate a 5 is the fact that it’s not fancy schmantzy. Since I can’t base a place’s value on whether or not they have cloth tablecloths, five stars. The service and seafood was excellent. No cloth tablecloths, so… whatever. Your not paying for location and there was a nice friendly crowd there. We had lobster and baked seafood pie (which I could get addicted to… fresh! Bay scallops! . Great slaw and perfect garlic potatoes. I had not had simple warm beets that way in decades and they were lovely. Generally, I think American small breweries beat me over the head with their IPAs but Beverly has one from a local Channel Marker brewery that makes a superlative one, and Anchor carries it. If I ever get back this way I’ll come back to Anchor. I’ll never forget it.
