I only go for food and ambience, otherwise unfortunately always service and I always feel disappointed.

Beyond a terrible service. The food was less than average. Waiters are the worst I've ever seen.

We waited for half an hour with a reservation, empty tables were sitting unbusive, service was slow, host was rude. Food was good, but not helped in front of the house staff.

The host is rude and unaccommodating. I do not like the fact that they do no substitutions in chopped salad in other words, if you are vegetarian, they will not give you tomatoes instead of salami, unless you pay for a supplement. The bread is mediocre. Otherwise, it is what you would expect from LaScala good, reliable Italian cuisine.

La Scala is known for their chopped salad! Not to be missed!
