Jersey Mike's Subs - Bethpage

I called at 4:30 in the afternoon to place an order for two sandwiches. The person who answered the phone confirmed my order but then put me on hold. After six minutes of waiting, I ended up hanging up as nobody returned to take my order. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location again.

If the three individuals working behind the counter are a reflection of our future, our country is in serious trouble. They are some of the laziest and most incompetent people I have ever encountered.

The order was completely wrong and missing several ingredients that we paid extra for.

First time here and I ordered a Mikes Philly Cheesesteak no onions or peppers. I got home to eat lunch and of course it had onions and peppers. I called and wanted them to send me a correct one. They said they couldn't do that but come back and they would make a new one I returned and dealt with Rick who made my new sandwich. He was very nice and apologized. The sandwich was pretty good. If there is a next time I will certainly verify my order.

The food was good but I ordered my food in the morning to pick up at 12:37pm I got there at 12:40 and the food was not made. They said the order was there but not made because I ordered so far in advance. He made the order right away which was nice but the cashier did not give it to me until I went back to the register and it was just sitting on the side he did not put it in the grab and go area. The food was good but I do not have time to wait because I am on my work lunch break.
