The Flying Egg - Bethlehem

This was our first time here, I Googled some breakfast places and this popped up and we wanted to try it. We found Street parking that we had to pay for , that was near the facility. We were seated very quickly, they have outdoor and indoor seating. Our waitress was nice and attentive. We ordered the smoked salmon eggs benedict and it was tasty. And we ordered some lattes, those were just okay. The flavor we want it they ran out of it. We enjoyed ourselves. I would recommend.

Not the best experience. Waited outside for 10 minutes just to get near hostess to check in for our reservation. We requested a kids menu which they said they needed to print and would bring right over (they never brought it), after ordering it took 35 minutes for our meal to arrive while we sat being bombarded by flies. The food was okay, but definitely not worth the wait. We will not be back.

What a great brunch!! Generous portions, delicious food, great wait staff! We got there at a busy time; waited 5 minutes for our table. Reservations are a must-walkins were waiting up to 30 minutes. Every table was full so the noise level was a bit loud; but not too bad. Menu has lots of options; I changed my mind about 5 times. I had the Chicken and Waffle. It was delicious! Chicken was fried to perfection and the cinnamon in the waffle was a pleasant surprise! My son had the Works Omelet; it was jam packed! My husband had Huevos Rancheros; he said they were amazing. Nice choices on the drinks menu as well-the espresso martini did not disappoint. Definitely going back!

The food was phenomenal. We had the waffles and the cinnamon French toast. Amazing. Quite filling too. However, even at minimal capacity, the restaurant was quite loud.

Great food and super friendly staff. Would definitely come back the next-generation time in town.
