Kung Fu Tea - Bethesda

The restaurant consistently takes a long time to fulfill orders. More often than not, they don't have the items I've ordered, requiring substitutions or refunds. The counter is often uncomfortably crowded because it's situated next to two main entrances in the mall food court.

When we finally got our drinks, one tasted like it was 100% sugar, and the other was even sweeter—like 200% sugar. We often enjoy taro Kung Fu Tea at other locations, so we know how the sugar levels should taste. To the owner: please ensure your employees are properly managing the shop. This is why there are so many negative reviews. However, it seems like as long as the business is still making money, things won't change. We definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

I absolutely adore the honey milk green tea at Kung Fu Tea! I’ve been coming here for years. It's the perfect combination of creamy milk, delicate green tea, and just the right amount of honey sweetness. This drink is both soothing and refreshing, always satisfying my taste buds. The quality and consistency are exceptional, making each sip a delightful experience. If you enjoy unique and delicious beverages, it's definitely a must-try!

The cashier had headphones on and clearly didn’t care about taking my order for a caffeinated beverage they keyed it incorrectly and refused to change it when I pointed this out. I then was overcharged and received a caffeinated drink. Go to one of the other Boba shops in Montgomery mall!
