Hemi Pizza - Bethesda

How can a pizza give a person SO MUCH JOY? The thick crunchy crust, thick layer of delicious cheese, the perfect amount of toppings, and stripe of rich sauce combine to form the perfect pizza! I have never thought to combine chili-infused honey with pizza but it is amazing. That's why we leave the creating and cooking to Chef Tony and the eating to us?

Not the best Detroit pizza you can find in the DMV (Emmy Squared) but a great option in Montgomery County. Got the Hemi Cup-per and the Roasted Chicken Pesto and they were both very good but a bit too greasy and the one was kind of lacking on the amount of pepperoni’s. I’m sure I will get the the pizza again.As an aside, the location is a bit weird since it’s a condo building that forces you to go through security and there is no real signage on how to find the location once you are past security. I figured it out quickly but worth the mention.

Great pizza got to try it, Hemi will be the next big thing in the pizza world. Chef Tony is killing it

Omg, their Detroit style pizza is amazing. Just tried the cheese and chicken pesto and both were delicious. The chicken pesto was bursting with flavor. Everything I’ve had at Chef Tony’s has been amazing over the years.
