We were given outdated menus and they insisted on us placing our orders before informing us of the changes. One of the items I wanted was unavailable, so I was given a microwave version instead. The service felt intrusive, as our conversation was frequently interrupted, though they never acknowledged that the menus were old.

We visited this restaurant on Saturday evening to celebrate my birthday, and it was definitely not as lively as I expected. There was no music, the service was slow, and overall, it was quite disappointing. The place would benefit from live music and improved service, as it felt too dull and sluggish. The large rooftop area has potential, but it needs more energy.

Children were screaming, and I had to get up and act as a waiter a few times.

Awful service. I do not recommend this restaurant for food or drinks.

We had a reservation for the rooftop and when we arrived with our out of town guests there was a wedding going on and closed for a private event. We were never notified/contacted. When we were leaving because they hadn’t notified us of their private event and were unable to accommodate us, the Manager said, well we were able to accommodate you inside, at a the lounge, right? Never a sorry, or anything. We paid a $40 Uber to get there for our ROOFTOP reservation. We NEVER received a sorry, or anything. Little things go a LONG way.
