Placed order In store offnof their menu with prices. Was charged over 15.00 more than price off their menu. When I asked why she said they are in the process of a price increase. I reminder her they have been saying g that for over a year her response was they can charge what they want!! What kind of business does that?? No regard for the customers at all..post prices but increase every item on the menu.

The food has always been delicious, I've been ordering from here for 15 yrs. I do wish they would update the menu prices though to avoid the sticker shock when ordering.

I visited the Berwyn location for the first time last night. The menu board showed the price of a small chicken and broccoli to be $6.75. When the cashier rang up the order she said it was 9 dollars and change. I asked why it was 9 dollars when the menu said $6.75 and was told that prices went up. I politely suggested that they update their menu boards to reflect the new prices. The cashier said Oh yeah, sorry . How can a business get away with charging prices that don 't match their published prices???

This is probably the worst Chinese food I have had in years. I placed an order for delivery during the lunch hour. The chicken wing appetizer was so hard it felt like I may break a tooth. It smelt burnt and the taste was oily I could barely stand the taste of it. The shrimp egg foo young wasn't bad and I would probably order it again but I can't in good conscience spend any more money here. When I called in I explained I was a new customer. You would think they would at least try to impress me enough to order again. Unfortunately I had to write a review especially because I called back to explain I was unhappy with the food. The manager justified the food saying their wings are a little more crispy than others. I ask if he would compensate and he said there isn't anything he can do and he wasn't apologetic at all. I will never order there again

Really like their food! Combination fried rice, Orange chicken, beef and broccoli, pot stickers , egg roll and sweet and sour chicken and so much..... great portion and good service!!!!! Have been ordered for years and I order once a week and they do delivery
