The Hallam Hotel - Berwick

To start the guy on the till put the wrong table number down, I may well have been speaking a foreign language. Most of the meals arrived $148 worth , my wife’s meal appeared to have been missed. On making enquires I was informed that everything had been served, then it appears that the missing food items were delivered to another table. After 30mins the missing food arrived absolutely stone cold. On speaking with the manager she was very good , she apologised on behalf of the staff and offered a refund. Safe to say I won’t be back.

Great place to eat. Had the eye fillet.beautiful..my wife had the stir fry and loved it ..good ambience and service is excellant

Oh wow so small seniors meal. And prices. The 11 of us will not be going back Stick to our fav ones.

Still waiting for refund from oztix for Christmas lunch because I had Covid-19 and family close contact and they were staying with us.

My first outing to a hotel since 2019, due to lockdowns and 3 years in voluntary isolation. This experience was a delight on all fronts. I highly recommend the venue for friends and family gatherings. Geri B Patterson Lakes
