Wonderwaffel - Bern

Actually the team was very good but they got our orders wrong. Our first waffle was burnt and the second one wasn't baked well. The shake didn't even taste like Oreo. When we got a new one they forgot our extras.

Very unfriendly and I ordered 2 shakes for 20 fr. It doesn't taste good at all and is very expensive for this size.

Sweet vegan food is pretty hard to get so this restaurant is a nice change. You get to choose the ingredients of your waffle (specify vegan), including ice cream, and they make it for you. The result looked very nice and tasted quite good, definitely worth a visit when you are in the mood. Updated by previous review on 2019-05-15

We enjoyed our visit to Wonder Waffel. I hope somebody brings this chain here to America. The gelato was delicious and the person who waited on us was helpful. The bright colors and eclectic decorations were interesting. The prices were a little high, but it was tasty.

We came for some snacks and coffee and found the last table in this modern restaurant. After a short while we realized that it is a self-service place. Not many sellers at the counter and they explained each and every person who was queuing about the various possibilities of how to combine their food. We went back to our tables and waited for a while but the queue only got longer rather than shorter so we decided to leave without taking anything.
