Stephan Hentschel's creations convinced me this evening. Hentschel and his team are very rich in ideas and present a sophisticated, upscale and contemporary vegetarian cuisine, rich in flavors and taste and, what I liked especially well, beyond Risotto and Pasta. The vegetables and herbs are treated and processed as in a meat kitchen. It is grilled, smoothed, pickled and even sometimes should be cooked in the salt dough.
