Dunkin' - Berlin

The Dunkin' Donuts in Berlin had a friendly staff who promptly took our order. While they initially forgot our bagel, an employee quickly spotted the error and resolved it. Additionally, the store is very clean, offers a great selection, and provides fast service.

This rest stop is very clean and offers a fantastic selection of fresh donuts in the afternoon. We were pleasantly surprised by this delightful find, which definitely made our long drive more enjoyable.

I had an amazing experience! The staff was energetic and served me with a lot of enthusiasm. Two young men even complimented me on my lovely eyes and full lips. I highly recommend this restaurant!

On July 6, 2022, at 4:30 PM, a staff member served me a dish that contained dairy, despite my allergy to it. He misrepresented the ingredients of the dish and refused to make any adjustments. I typically try to be very courteous, but my main worry was to avoid a severe allergic reaction. That was my only concern.

I couldn't place an order because the service was very slow, and there was only one staff member working.
