Bidra med feedbackThe service at the counter was not very friendly, but it would have been acceptable if the smoothie had been prepared well. I have enjoyed Jamba Juice at other locations, however, the fruit in this smoothie was not blended properly. I couldn't drink it or even eat it without a spoon. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
The acai primo bowls at this restaurant are consistently made incorrectly. Despite my repeated requests for them not to be watered down, they always end up diluted. It's as if I'm simply buying a smoothie instead of a proper bowl. I rarely find them prepared correctly when I visit.
Every time I visit this restaurant, the customer service is terrible. I don't understand why the cashier is the one interacting with customers, as he is consistently rude to anyone who enters. His dismissive attitude makes customers feel like they are an inconvenience, leading to a negative experience. It would be beneficial to reassign him to a different position, such as making smoothies, while having someone else handle the cashier duties. This change would greatly improve the professional image of the store.
That was the first time I've ever seen such an attitude from a business employee in the US. Well, it's true that just two persons is not enough for busy hours and put a lot of pressure on employees but yet I believe it shouldn't reflect on theirbehavior toward customers. The guy was really tired and ... . However, the juice itself was good.
Attitude with the service when it is not busy and only taking an order from one person is too noticeable and straight up rude. Definitely doesn't come close to the same customer service she gives to her friend. How do I know it's her friend? The personcame in and started having a conversation without hesitation with the employee about having a spare cell phone charger. And theemployee was definitely more cheerful to talk to her about that than about taking our order. The place also reeks of bleach orsome other chemical. I stepped out for a good minute to catch my breath while waiting for my order. The store hours states theyclose at 7pm. I was there prior to 6 and left not too long after 6pm, the employee, locks the door behind us after we leave withher friend still inside. I don't know how to feel about this one. Unpleasant, yes. But definitely unprofessional. The drinkswere subpar.
