The bar formerly known as Terminus Whisky Bar. Extensive whisky collection. Probably over 1000 whiskies, so ask if you want something specific. Some great bar people too. Love asking for cocktails.

You will not find bartenders more knowledge about the world of whisky than here, or more willing to share their knowledge in a way tailored to your particular taste. And if not a spicy whisky drinker, they help you find or refine your taste for whisky in a fun, explorative way.

Better known as Terminus Whisky Bar, Bar Amundsen is the place to go in the mountains when you are thirst for something whisky! Like a top-class bar from the 1930s with smooth jazz in the background, the bar plays the perfect mood! And the whisky selection is excellent! Let me put it this way: you have a ladder in the bar that you need to access the entirety of their many bottles of whisky!

We visited last June... I've never been a huge whisky fan, but they've changed my mind with Glenfidich IPA Cask. We loved travel throughout Norway for 2 weeks, especially beloved mountains and our time in this hotel and bar.
