Smashburger - Bentonville

Food was great. Customer service so so. Cashier was friendly, whoever was doing inventory towards the end of my visit treated us as a burden. I asked if they would provide refills considering there’s signs on the machine not to refill, and when I asked she slammed her hand on a sign and said, “our store is not doing refills” and walked away. Okay.. so then maybe don’t charge the same price as you would a refillable beverage? A new cup would have been fine, not a slap on the wrist.

I really enjoyed this restaurant! My wife and I often order different dishes when we go out to eat, and usually one of us ends up liking our meal more than the other. However, that was not the case at this place. I had the classic double burger and my wife had the BBQ brisket burger. We both enjoyed our burgers so much that halfway through, we decided to swap so we could each try both. I especially liked that they used thick sliced brisket on the burger, unlike other restaurants that use shredded brisket. This was our first time dining here, but we will definitely be back. I highly recommend it!

The rosemary garlic and olive oil fries are absolutely delicious! The service is fast and friendly. Although it is a bit on the pricey side, the food is very tasty.

This was my first time dining at this restaurant. The food was satisfactory. We were served by a trainee, but he did a good job.
