Chicken Coop - Benton Harbor

I spoke with an older representative who was quite rude when I tried to change my order. They didn’t take my new order and then hung up on me.

I got 16 wings and fries the chicken was dry and the flour on the hen was hard and flaking off and tastes it like burned flour a waste of my geld wish I could send a picture

Since the new management took over in recent years, the experience has been fantastic. The food is excellent, and they do a great job of ensuring you have a quick dining experience.

I’ve never had an issue with Chicken Coop until today. I waited at least 15-20 minutes in the drive-thru, which is usually fine. However, when I got home, I was disappointed to find the driest chicken I’ve ever tasted. I tried calling the Benton Harbor location several times, but nobody answered.
