Wheelchair accessibility: Rolstoel toegankelijk kan (niet een aparte oprit daarvoor maar achteruit naar binnen kan wel het opstapje op dus met behulp van iemand anders). Restaurant heeft ook halverwege een afstapje dus bij reserveren daar wel rekening mee houden! Het toilet is op de eerste etage alleen te bereiken via een steile wenteltrap, en de armleuning is niet superstevig. Zelf ben ik tijdelijk slecht ter been (geen rolstoel en geen kruķken), maar mijn gezelschap adviseerde mij om niet naar het toilet te gaan. Warmly greeted and seated quickly. we were the only table inside, with everyone else outside since it was a nice day, but overall it was quite empty. starters arrived in good time, but a soup was forgotten. we waited about 20 minutes for it to arrive, but it didn't so we asked for it. it was brought out quickly after, but wasn't warm and had very few shrimp in it. then we waited 45 more minutes and had to ask where our mains were. no one had checked in with us or checked on our meals. and once we had brought it up, the staff's mood chilled noticeably. when our meals did come 10-15 mins after asking, the portions were unfortunately meager and the flavor was lacking. we didn't stay for dessert. never heard an apology for the extended wait, but they kindly took our second (last) round of drinks and the soup off the bill without us asking for it. taking 1hr 20m to get mains to a table of 4 when the restaurant is nearly empty is unreasonable. it would've been more tolerable if the wait staff checked in with us and kept us updated.
