Over 45 minutes in the drive thru is crazy. This is a fast food joint not a sit down restaurant.
Continued s-show and complete joke. Staff ignore in-store customers if not their visiting friends hanging out in lobby, or until drive thru is completely empty. Follow their sign’s advice: don’t wait, run (away).
People who actually take the time to go into the place are treated as an afterthought while those who use the drive through are helped first even if they arrive way later! Was not thanked, just treated like a burden...
I don’t typically take time to write reviews but I’m hoping that management will read and consider. This location has repeatedly had the slowest service I have ever encountered, no matter what time of day it is. Staff courteousness is hit-or-miss- though most are friendly enough. But the timeliness is just not there. I don’t know what’s going on but I assume it’s either disaffected staff or poor management but it should be considered in need of extreme improvement. There have been several times in the afternoon where I am waiting at the drive-thru speaker and no one even acknowledged with an “I will be right with you.” That can go miles when there are other deficiencies happening.I know it’s tough to even get employees to work these days, but something is deeply amiss here. Especially when I contrast this location with the one on North St, which is AMAZING.Finally, and this will raise all kinds of opinions, but where are the damn masks? No one in either location are wearing them, or wearing them under their noses. Again, it’s hard, we are all tired of the masking, the distancing, etc, but we’re also in the midst of a surge of cases, and it’s fall with flu coming around the bend.
