Have been here 3 times now, they cant get orders right, the food once you get it is very good. Not sure if its the servers or the cooks that get the order incorrect, med rare is not brown all they way through, we come to moon palace every year not sure if id go back to J C s

Very nice restaurant. Service and food were delicious. I'm happy to see all the ale carte restaurants serving smaller portions to reduce waste. It is all-inclusive so you can always order more.

Super rico, la crema de almeja es una delicia, los pastelillos de cangrejo y los cortes están exquisitos. El pulpo chamuscado no es una buena opción tiene un sabor a quemado muy fuerte no se disfruta.

Food here was pretty good about half the time, the other half was gross. Very inconsistent. We ordered beef carpaccio twice, once was unseasoned and unpleasant, the next it was excellent. It's like they forgot to add salt and capers one time so it was just unseasoned beef. The octopus the night we ordered it was bitter and burnt, very unpleasant. The steaks were inconsistent. Some good and cooked to order, others probably too thin, overcooked and rubbery. The service was great, the wait staff was consistency kind, curteous and attendant. The front of house staff, less so. They insistent all 16 people in our party stand up and show themselves at the door before being seated. We have two people waiting for a drink at the lobby bar and 2 kids at the wired lounge next door. 12/16 people should be sufficient to seat a party but we needed to crowd the entrance, making it impossible for anyone to enter or leave in order to be seated. Then we had to wait for drinks since some of our party had to abandon their lobby bar orders because of this ridiculous rule.
