Bidra med feedbackWhat's not to love? Platinum status abounds for or free night on our new life journey expats from the Isa to Portugal. We decided to stay here because I had a free night to use, but also they are dog friendly. We wool a separate flight from koa the wonder dog but this was where we would rendezvous. They not only welcomed us and Koa but 6 huge bags , 4 suitcases and a large dog crate! Free breakfast, also dog friendly, and everyone loved to say high to koa especially the staff. What a great welcome to our new country!
The bar service are good. They are excellent , on the late night shifts. Their food menu was great too, could have been more though.
Traveled here for vacation, short two day stay to start off the Portugal trip. Hotel is located not too far from the airport about 20 to 25 minutes so a nice place to stay between airport and downtown Lisbon. Also about a 15 minute walk to the train station (not too bad, but some uphill/downhill). Parking can be a pain, there is some limited street parking but better to be safe and just don't have a car in Lisbon, Uber and public transit work well enough. The lobby is decently sized but fairly busy the hotel is fairly large with quite a bit of floors and there are always people coming and going. Check in was a bit slow which always happens in hotels outside the US (why do we need to sign so many things). The room is decently sized, with a small balcony and nice view outdoors. Will be very comfortable for a few night stay. Wifi worked well, water was not as hot which required a few calls, but otherwise the stay was pleasant. Club lounge was small, but we'll appointed. Lots of great snacks, some nice free drinks, and easily accessible near the lobby. Now breakfast one of the best I've had in Europe. Highly recommend it made to order omelets, great pastries, probably over 100 items.
This hotel has serious problems. We are on the 18th floor, have been club members for many years. The arrival/check in was horrible. Handed our room card with no introduction to hotel, club, Wi-Fi, nothing at all. We are in a foreign country, the knew that when we checked in. No welcoming, zero none. The garage was closed and the only option we were told was good luck finding something on the street . No suggestions, no guidance, no help. Arrived at the room.... Phone at desk does not work, bidet has no water to it, shower leaks so much it is dangerous to walk on the floor after use, more than a little mildew in shower! 2 of the 4 elevators don 't operate. The hotels needs a facelift but you 'd think it wouldn 't be done on a Saturday. The noise and cut off access . I needed coins for the parking meter, I went to the bar he said they don 't use cash, please go to the market Refresh just across corridor. Went there, the clerk said she would not give me coins for a €5. So I went to reception! finally got some coins. But why didn 't the bartender suggest the reception? Why was the clerk rude? Why did the bellmen let us know we needed coins for parking in the area? LACK OF HOSPITALITY AND CARING ABOUT GUESTS. DO NOT SPEND YOUR €250+ at this hotel.
I had great experience with Catherina, a customer service or front desk representative. She was very hospitable, incredibly helpful and so friendly. She explained everything perfect. Great location Hotel, hotel is well maintaine, friendly staff and the food was awesome. The best stay ever.
