Little Pizza Paradise - Bend

I usually never post bad reviews EVER.... BUT this pizza place using an online ordering option. So we order through the online app and it says pickup up in 25 mins! I go in 30 minutes the manager lady Informs me that the order won't be ready for another45 mins. And she tells me it's my fault because I ordered online and not over the phone. So I ask her how I was supposed to knowthat the order would not be ready when the app says it is ready. Now I understand that under staffing and the use of technologyhas its own issues. But the manager did not even try to problem solve. It was straight up this is my fault and I should ofassumed or known that the order was going to be close to an hour later then expected. The pizza is really good just customerservice needs a step up.

Been here a few times before and it?s been great in the past! This time not so much. Crust was really soggy and wet, and the there was no bbq flavor at all on the bbq chicken! Like they used a weird variation of marinara sauce. Very funky tasting. Alsoreally expensive now, over $40 for a large pizza, so I think I?ll try somewhere else next time. Shame!

The best pizza in Bend, but the hours are terrible. They might close for weeks at a time, and it takes over an hour to get a pizza when they are open. I'm really frustrated!

I stopped by and ordered a pizza, a salad, and some cheese sticks to-go. While I waited, I enjoyed a drink. It took about 20 minutes for my order to be prepared, and the food was delicious. It was far superior to other pizza places in the area. I will definitely return!

This is the best pizza restaurant! The thin crust is excellent, the toppings are fantastic, and the staff is amazing. They have a great selection of beers and plenty of seating available. We decided to take our pizza home, though, because there were a lot of bees outside the restaurant.
