Bos Taurus - Bend

Our daughter and Son in law gifted this dinner to us for our 29th Anniversary. Our wait staff was very attentive to the smallest detail. Our steaks were cooked to perfection! Thank you Bo Taurus, for helping to make our special occasion speciallyterrific!

I've heard great things about this restaurant from several people, so we decided we had to try it. We traveled from Eugene and even stayed overnight in Bend just to have dinner here. Our experience was fantastic. The hostess greeted us at the door and seated us in a booth, which I had requested in advance, and fortunately, it worked out perfectly. Our server, Stephanie, was exceptional. I often feel a bit intimidated in high-end dining places because I'm not always familiar with the menu. However, Stephanie took the time to explain the different steaks to us and made us feel very comfortable. We ordered a couple of ounces of the Wagyu steak to taste, and it practically melted in our mouths. For our main course, we shared the Tomahawk steak for two, which could have easily fed four people, but it was definitely worth it. My margarita was also spot on. This has been the best steakhouse we've ever visited. We hope to return soon! A big thank you to Stephanie for the complimentary bubbly and for making this our favorite fine dining experience to date.

Hands down best fine dining steak house in Bend. Bos Taurus truly never misses the mark. The staff is friendly and professional, as well as incredibly knowledgeable around what they are serving. Amazing mixologists, chefs, and even a sommelier to serve youfrom their incredible wine selection to choose from and pair with your steak. Highly recommend you try a few oz of their wagyu,as it is some of the most delicious melt in your mouth steak you will ever have. They serve up perfect ousters every time aswell as a killer hamachi crudo. All around you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu.

I regret ordering the dry Holstein ribeye. The flavor didn't appeal to me, and it was too salty. I was left wishing for a good Northwest crazy Angus steak from Moc afterward. However, my wife enjoyed her filet. I also found that most of the red wines on the menu were young and seemed overpriced.

That was an incredible culinary experience! I highly recommend it. The staff were knowledgeable about the dishes, and the atmosphere was truly impressive. I was thrilled to share this special evening with my father, who was visiting. I definitely recommend this place!
