Abe Capannas Detroit Pan Pizza - Bend

Ive been unimpressed by Bend pizza options, and typically dont like deep dish, but wow! I made it two days between ordering again. The Ruby is delightful a pizza more than the sun of its parts!

The Ruby Baby sounded delicious but tasted almost solely like rosemary, verydisappointing . The roni cups are good, though.

Meatball sub claps cheeks. Best in town hands down. Bread is soft but also has a nice bite and isnt overly toasted and too crispy or soft and mushy. Has been extra tasty and consistent every time.

Wonderful atmosphere with indoor and outdoor spaces. Real wood fires, beer, wind and a great whiskey selection. The pizza is all prepared from scratch and super yummy. It is a popular spot so expect to wait but the staff is kind and the pizza is well worth it.

Pretty good. Flavors are spot on. The bottom of the crust though was inconsistent and not crispy like youd expect from a Detroit style pizza. The edges were spot on crispy. We had two pizzas and one was perfect the other as they say on the Great British baking show had a soggy bottom. Well give them another try. The salad is good and one order is enough for two.
