Top class food. wir haben die schönste mahlzeit hier bis heute. sehr freundliches personal. der braised steak wurde zur perfektion gekocht, zusammen mit dem Home-gemachte chips, die lecker waren. sehr vernünftig priced too. ich würde diesen ort für jede art von mahlzeit empfehlen. wir werden sicher wieder da sein.

Good hearty home cooked English eating to really good trips. I couldn't blame our meal. the set menu is particularly good.

There is something on the menu for each taste and eating is great. the personal is really friendly and the service spot on. nothing is too much annoyed and the prizes are good. can recommend it to everyone.

Really not happy with this cafe today. Those of you who read my reviews will know I'm open, honest and totally fair, wherever I am or wherever I visit. My biggest problem is always when being ripped off. Halfway Inn ripped us off!! So beware guys! We love to have an afternoon coffee/brandy or Baileys. Most places and I absolutely mean most places, will charge €2-3.50 and it will be large with freshly brewed, proper coffee. Here was instant coffee and €5. Not happy, so sorry, won't be back. Sad because we fancied the menu which looked amazing and at fair prices. Anyway we live and learn!!

This is by far the best place to eat. The menue is amazing they will even cater for Vegans nothing is to much trouble if you want something just ask the service and staff cant be beaten. From Dave Bell York
