Starbucks - Belvidere

The coffee needs more coffee flavor. Service was great.

Placed Mobile order and went to pick up 4 minutes later and was told by dispatcher next time not to come before 5 min then sat at drive window for 4 additional minutes and when we got our drinks they we're less then 2/3 full and flavorless, bad experience.

Ordered a grande iced matcha tea latte. Light ice. Had to send back because full cup of ice. Pay for ice and foam to much!

I work from home, and decided to work from Starbucks instead today... I had NO idea that the fall flavors came out today and the place would be packed with people! All of the workers here served the crowd in an efficient and friendly way while all having fun! The service industry is not an easy one and they all handled the mad rush like champs! I am definitely impressed with this location and the people behind the counter. Of course they also told everyone to have a great day! Something as simple as a coffee and friendly interactions in the morning can really turn someone 's day around!
