Mcdonald's - Belton

Spent $32 feeding the family and they gave 1 sauce and said it was 25 cents extra per sauce, acting like it came straight outta his paycheck or sumn. Super rude about some sauces. Won’t come back again

Parked for 10 minutes for a 6 piece and small fry..Parked so they can bull the times and game the their system.$8 to wait for soggy fries... Thanks for nothing...

Their employees are extremely rude. I had a mobile order for breakfast placed at 10 am and was in line by 1005, however my order was cancelled due to breakfast stops serving at 1030. We didn’t receive any notifications. Instead we finally got to the window at 10:45 and were told that our order was cancelled. When I proceed to ask if we could have our order replaced with something else the two ladies at the window caught and attitude rolled their eyes and went to go get I’m guessing the manager who came to the window. He was extremely annoyed with us as well and did not replace our order. I tried submitting a case through the McDonalds contact us and got an error. This is absolutely ridiculous! Belton, MO McDonald’s is awful don’t ever stop there!

I never dine in. However,the staff is always a delight and my order is always good and fresh.

They had an off day on our visit; there must have been a rush at shift change (2pm on a Saturday). They seemed short-handed and very disorganized. We waited about a half hour to get our food.
