No fresh food rude employees staying with quicktrip from now on

I absolutely adore this Casey's location! The service is always excellent and I have a particular fondness for their BBQ pizza. I had a fantastic experience when they were out of the pizza at this location and they contacted another nearby Casey's to see if they had it available. It made me feel like they were going the extra mile for me, and I truly appreciate that level of customer service.

Although this restaurant can get quite crowded, particularly during peak meal times like breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the employees always appear to be in high spirits. Hopefully, they can hire more individuals like them to ensure they are fully staffed.

Went in to the store at 7:30 waited till 7:43 before order was taken. The young lady was very rude stated it will take 45 minutes. She only had one order at that time. She was so rude that she gave the pizza order her middle finger that should have been my clue to walk out. So I paid for the pizza at 7:52 thinking she would do my pizza next. Well needless to say she made 5 store pizzas and took two other orders before mine then at 8:30 I asked where is my pizza she said in the oven. Now mind you I had both my great grandkids with me waiting in the store and she still didn't make my pizza in a timely manner. When you are standing there watching what is going on and this young lady didn't care about the kids waiting on the pizza for dinner is a sad state for Casey's. Just so you know I will be letting everyone I know about this experience. This person is giving Casey's a bad rap. Please review your cameras. My ticket number was 4796 shows in store pick up. Order time 7:43 pm I didn't get my pizza until 8:35.

Today, we had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. We always come to Casey's for their fresh food. During our visit today, we noticed an employee in the kitchen struggling with keeping the pizzas on the warmer tray. Since we are rewards members, we offered to help and the employee was very thankful. We want to give a special shoutout to the kitchen staff for their hard work and professionalism, especially at 11:17 on July 10. They did a great job of not losing their cool despite the challenges they were facing.
