42 On Sonneblom Deli - Bellville

Tucked away in what appears to be a regular house is a delightful pop-up restaurant. Anneke went above and beyond to ensure I could enjoy a delicious meal for my birthday. She served us rice bread topped with cottage cheese, salmon, and avocado, followed by a gluten-free brownie. As someone who is gluten, dairy, and fruit intolerant, I felt like a normal person able to truly enjoy my meal and my day. The shop also has a variety of goodies to purchase and take home, such as rice flour, chickpeas, quinoa, and more. Thank you for making my day so special!

On Saturday, October 7, 2017, we had a 'Pretty in Pink' dining experience here. Anneke and her team were incredible, and the atmosphere was simply fantastic! Thank you so much for the delicious food and wonderful vibe. I truly enjoyed myself and could see everyone else having a great time too! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delightful meal!

I highly recommend 42 on Sonneblom as a small venue for events. Everything, from the decor to the food, is of exceptional quality. I've hosted both work and private functions here with great success. My most recent event was a wonderful cheese and wine gathering. Give them a try; you won't be disappointed!
