The Happy Pig Vegan Comfort Food

I tried the vegan roasted chicken and empanadas at this restaurant and I would definitely go back. I love that they support full vegan businesses.

I ordered the mini-quadilla that, ironic wasn't mini, but it was good. I ordered the Buffalo-Kick’n and was given the without the Buffalo sauce so that I definitely missed the heat, but overall it was good! I also loved that it came with riders who were really delicious! it is a sweet vegan shop with cool tasty and snacks. I'm going back to the finals.

I only tried the empanadas at this restaurant, but they were delicious! I can't wait to sample the vegan chicken buckets next!

My husband and I recently went to the first Long Island Vegan Popup, and when we got there, the food options for pretty slim. Luckily, the Happy Pig was still open! We got the sausage peppers empanadas (it was the only non-dessert empanada available by then, the rest were sold out but it was so good. Not too hot. The empanadas were smaller than I expected, but the price was really good, so I won't complain. Looking forward to trying more of their menu in the future!
