Skandalös, der Kellner ließ uns die Bestellung selbst aufschreiben und sagte "Schreiben Sie einfach selbst", obwohl das Essen angenehm war.

Wir sind gekommen, um die All-you-can-eat-Rippchen für 25 CHF zu essen. Wir gingen satt nach zwei Durchgängen heraus und waren zufrieden mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Personal war freundlich und der Ort einladend.

Speisekarte ideal für Fleischliebhaber. Gemütlicher Ort und sehr freundliches Personal. Wir haben gut gegessen und werden sicher wiederkommen.

I returned to the Hook with some friends despite Simone Castelli 's 1 star review some time ago. Attracted by the all you can eat ribs for just 25. , we all decided to order them. Around 9pm, the bad discovery: asking for a fourth supply of ribs, the manager replied to us with a peremptory we 're sorry, but we can 't stay here to make ribs until tomorrow morning , followed by an eh, we 're not a all you can eat” and from a “usually you eat 7 more ribs, maximum 12”. The funny thing is that the wording all you want was reported several times on the menu, even on the Facebook page I later discovered that it was actually written RIBS ALL YOU CAN EAT for only 25. (photo below). A really big shame because the ribs were also good and the service was dynamic. I can understand the desire to attract potential customers with advantageous offers, but if you are not willing to actually provide a product at will (and personally I wouldn 't see this as a problem), just remove the writing and avoid justifying yourself with calculations and small averages.
