Cinnabon - Bellingham

Poor service . Employees were rude not friendly. My mom asked for a takeout box they refused to give her one. I also asked for a small cup of water for my daughter they only wanted you to buy water went next door to another place and they were nice enough to give me a free cup of water. I ended up going up to them and asking a a small box and they gave me one after not wanting to give my mom one. Won't be going back anytime soon.

The owner here should install a camera at the till because the cashier looks as though she is stealing money. My order was taken and the cashier (smaller girl with black hair tied back) rang the bun through but did not close the till after taking my money (doing math in her head) then gave me change but did not actually close the till after or provide a receipt. A few of these a day and she can make a lot, while the owner does not.

After a cool shopping spree at the Bellis Fair Parkway mall, the Food Court is interesting to visit with a variety of cuisines (from Chinese, Italian, Mexican etc. but Cinnabon is always my go to place. I loved the freshly baked Classic Cinnamon roll perfectly matched with refreshing Mochalatta Chill. It sure is a complete snack for me. Yummy! ?

Both the cinnamon sticks and the mini cinnamon rolls were dry. I didn’t experience this issue at other locations before, so I was a bit disappointed this time. Additionally, the prices are quite high.

The food was excellent, but the customer service left a lot to be desired! We ordered four cinnamon rolls and then asked for a cup of water for my 5-year-old daughter, but the employee refused to provide one. She was quite unhelpful and claimed they didn't have any cups available. My daughter was really upset and thirsty, so I ended up buying her a bottle of water. When I inquired about the lack of water for my daughter, the employee responded rudely, saying they weren't allowed to give out water. It's just a cup of water for a young child—not exactly giving away free food! Ironically, shortly after, she went inside and got a cup of water for herself. Very disappointing!
