Buffalo Wild Wings - Bellevue

I ordered by grubhub. I ordered the all american burger with wobble rings, a mt dew legendary and a slice of cheesecake. the Burger bake was so fat, I had to put it on a paper towel to clean some fat. there was enough mayo to drown a horse, but not a scavenging. the burger himself was completely bland and mushy. it tasted like a brand frozen burgerpatty, the microwaves. it was so bad that the cat that is not picky did not eat it. the woofer rings were undercut and extremely sweet. the cheesecake didn't come with a caramel sauce, the one he should have on it. at least it cost well. I didn't get my drink, so I guess I'll never know how mt dew tastes because I don't return after that fiasko.

Absolutely terrible customer service, I tried to place an order online, but they can not choose a payment in store option for cash. so my next option was the load and the boy who was a mistake. After I called this place several times, not a single person replied, but it would just hang on you after so long time, I couldn't even stop. So I drove into the load to place an order in person and was greeted with absolutely rude service. When I was asked if I was here to pick up a call order, I said I tried to call, but nobody could answer a phone. I was also not informed after I paid that my order for appetizers would be an extra long waiting period.

Buffalo wild wings is always a hit for me to eat. the Queso-Dip is one must be every time I eat here. I had a order or sweet bbq and mild bones in wings with a side of wedge. they met in any case the place and I had a lot to take with me for another hearty meal. the only reason why there weren't 5 stars is that I had to wait some time for it to be able to sit down that it was busy and the staff had run around to do other things.

I usually don't check big chains, but I thought a quick check on a new menu item could be helpful. a kumpel of me had heard of bird dawgs here at bdubs, so we went in and gave it a try. we ordered all three versions and a large page of zets for the victor. I liked them all on different levels. in the round it is a chicken type in a hot dog back with beats. as with so many burgers it is the torf that make the difference. they were not amazing, but fun to try to make it for a lunch. I would probably get her back in the face of the opportunity.

Went to place an order over the phone around 10 pm the first time I sat on the phone for a hot minute then they hung up on me and I was like okay maybe they meant to answer and pushed the wrong button so I called back and not even two secs after trying to call back they hung up the phone. Tried to call once again with no answer. It's Thursday night at 10 pm. Service is a joke!
