KFC - Belleville

The cashier at this restaurant was extremely rude and provided poor customer service. Her attitude was terrible and she didn't even bother to listen to my order. Additionally, my voucher didn't have a code and she argued with me about it. It was disappointing to experience such treatment, so I left without getting my food. I would recommend not wasting your time at this establishment.

The road outside has a lot of big potholes, so be careful. We ordered 12 pieces of chicken, but only 2 were a good size, the rest were small and had more bones than meat. The price was supposed to be $20.49 according to their online menu, but we were charged $25.99 plus tax for a total of $29.37. I could have bought a big turkey for that price. We were not satisfied with the food and service, and we will not be returning. This restaurant does not even deserve a number one review.

A 12 piece feast ordered. A few chicken pieces were well cooked, but most were very dry and cooked over. Fries were hot, but Limp and the salads are the same for years. Store also needs an update. The women who work there were quick and friendly, at least.

Order dinner to feed 6 pp, the popcorn chicken we added for 10.00 was half full, the kfry was son fatsy it fell from the bottom of the box, and the skin on it was so thin, and slim, , the fries were half full...and old /stale : I will never return, not enough for 4 pp and it cost me 67.00 Celebrity................

We went to pick up a couple of Feasts for a group! They were very busy and told us that it would take 20 minutes. We asked if we ordered and paid for it, could they deliver it to us(we were at a hotel about...10 minutes away), they said that we'd have to order on=line or call for a delivery. We paid for it and said that we'd be back in 20 minutes to pick it up. One of our group arrived about 25 minutes afterwards to pick up our order, well it wasn't ready he had to wait over 30 minutes after he arrived for it. That's almost an hour after being told that it would be 20 minutes! After that fiasco, when we open the buckets the chicken was soggy and tasted burnt! It was disgusting! We'll never buy from this location ever again!
