Joey's Pizzeria - Belleville

When we first found Joey's it was fantastic. Delicious, generous portions... but it's not the same anymore. Recently, they messed up my order and wanted the uneaten half of my sandwich back and brought half a sandwich in exchange. But the whole sandwich was made wrong. I have never experienced this before... anywhere. Have not ordered since. Very poor customer service.

Came into restaurant at 9:45 pm not knowing that they close at 10:00 pm now. The sign said 10 pm and employees said they were closing at 10 pm but they took our order for whole chicken cutlets sandwich. When we got home the chicken was very hard and tasted a little sour. I waited to call the next day and was told no refunds because we waited until the next day. I told the man on phone you were closed and he responded that he was there until 11 pm, I didn't know because we were told you closed at 10 and sign says it. So to say no refund, no remake of sandwich was offered. Not really great customer service. By the way no refund policy is not stated anywhere in the store and I offered to bring back nearly whole sandwich but they still refused.

Use very unhappy with the meal i got tonight the use not the i order it and when i called to complained i was told i would that he could only give me 10% off my next order when told him that i didn't know the next time i would order he said that he could replace i of the items and that he wanted me to send that item back to him. I have NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS FROM ANY RESTAURANT BEFORE. This is very poor customer service in my eyes

I have been eatting at joey's for the past 25 year's since they were originally on Union and even after Joey and Joey split the business year's ago and went on to different locations never a problem with the place I still remember when my uncle used to take me to joey's and sit me on the counter and Joey would give me a meatball on a fork a great family run business with amazing food

I have order from them over 14 years an now its not the same they will not get a call from me ever again
