The Blonde Bistro Brew Works

We had the opportunity and privilege to be in the new location on Saturday 11/19/22. The new place is warm and beautifully decorated. The menu is extensive and delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The brewery is in progress, but there are many alcoholic beverage options already on the menu. We had a fabulous experience and are back in no time. To the new opening!

The Blonde Bistro is a unique place to eat. The owner is a friendly lady who has an outgoing personality. She loves what she created and every aspect of this company is representative for her. The owner's friend, manager and right-handed is full of life and takes her job seriously. All she does is a reflection of her devotion to her job. Both women have high standards and require the staff to follow them.

The order was somehow strange when you are a first timer, but the staff when incredibly friendly and will help you out (gotta find a table first then order). The vodka pasta omg it was phenom. We'll go back soon.

They share seats with axemann. Steak's good. Rich in taste

I am perplexed by all the good ratings. Food is consistently disappointing. We went to Axemann last night hoping for a food truck to be there, unfortunately there was no food truck and we had to order from Blonde Bistro, which has consistently let us down everytime. Last night was no different. I've added a picture of the Italian sub, which is 90% lettuce. Pretty sad looking sandwich.
